Still some way to go to same quality as what I had when living in Milano, there was pizzeria called Piccola Ischia two blocks from Corso Buenos Aires, run by few guys from Napoli. I have done the the poolish part only on the same day, but also in three stages (pooling, the balls, preshaped bottoms). For the flavours, I ‘ve used Tipo “00″ (can buy them from Stockmann). And the oven, I have of course Forno di Legno.

Why not store the check-in and check-out times in the calendar? This way users can register their “office” hours automatically and easily check the hours on their paycheck with the hours in the calendar.

You can create a separate calendar in Maemo that keeps track of these hours. Users can also enrich the data with relevant information of their workday. Synchronizing the calendar with Outlook is easy.

Also, when storing the workhours, users must be able to generate a summary for a given period (a week, a month, a year, etc..). When a user generates a summary there must be a way to deduct breaks from the total hours.
